My goal is to encourage individuals to engage in healthy, mindful, and explorative movement, thought, and breathing practices.
I am passionate about mindful movement and the interconnections between physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With experience in competitive swimming, triathlons, and stage competitions, along with two degrees in Psychology, I bring a diverse background to my approach.
Despite facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, allergies, physical imbalances, and a heart condition, I have learned to manage these adversities through movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices.

Having experienced my own mental health battles, I appreciate the pain a lot of us are going through in a world full of pressure, judgement, responsibilities and overstimulation. That’s why I have created Your Mindful Movement, a system designed for people to see the physical results but also reap the personal benefits in other areas of their lives.
Unfortunately the standard gym program is not going to give you long term results if you’re not taking care of yourself mentally and emotionally as well. Learn how to create space and tension in the body, along with breath work to perfect technique, maximise physical results and enhance your state of mind.
Your nervous system, emotions, thoughts, and physical movements are interconnected. While traditional therapies like talk therapy, breathwork, and meditation offer relief to some extent, I believe physical expression is the missing piece of the puzzle. Through mindful movement, we can connect body and mind, unlocking freedom and intensity in our muscles while reshaping our perceptions of self, relationships, and the world around us.
This training approach redefines conventional workouts, infusing each session with depth and meaning. Whether online or face-to-face, in groups or one-on-one, you will build awareness, calm, freedom and strength physically, mentally and emotionally.
